Project Management

Once our customer issues an order for his façade package, the Pre Construction team formally handover the project in line with the company’s quality management protocol. At this stage, a highly experienced Project Manager, reporting to our Construction Director, takes the project through to completion, fully co-ordinating design, approvals, procurement, manufacturing & installation activities to ensure the agreed build program dates are met and that a very high quality of installation is achieved.

We believe that this project management function, particularly for large complex façade packages, is critical. The Project Manager will be supported by a dedicated Site Manager(s) and Health & Safety Manager. As part of his project control system and in conjunction with his site manager, the Project Manager prepares and issues:

Detailed Programs -- Method Statements -- Quality Plans -- Health & Safety Plan -- COSHH / Risk Assessments
