Procurement drivers are Quality, Delivery, Capability, Capacity and Financial robustness. Our Procurement Manager is a member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply, with experience of working on large construction and civil engineering projects.

To assist in the overall procurement management protocol, we utilise a custom build of the Microsoft Navision ERP System, covering both the Construction and Manufacturing elements of the processes to ensure compliance across the business regarding supply chain and stock management.
