Operating out of a newly commissioned 4000m² turnkey manufacturing facility, Walsin have invested in the latest state-of-the-art equipment, which includes the Schuco AF500 8 Axis CNC Machine, the PBX 7200 5 Axis CNC Machine, the Emmegi Satellite XTE CNC Machine and a Schuco Dual Cut 650 saw.
Two overhead cranes and a glass bonding work station allow for lean manufacturing on Stick Curtain Walling, Windows and Unitised Curtain Walling applications. Typically, Glass, Louvres, Solar Shading, Rainscreen Panels, Revolving Doors are procured from formal “Supply Chain” partners.
